This class is for early beginners to learn the basic foundation for pole tricks. This covers your basic tricks and spins, including learning how to climb the pole and invert (go upside-down)!
Wear: T-shirt/singlet, (short) shorts, bare feet
Recommended: pole grip (can be purchased from the studio)
You've started inverting, you can pole climb with confidence and now looking at leveling up! This level gets you nailing your leg hangs, layback, jamilla, superman and more!

This level is for intermediate polers. You're practicing your extended butterfly, jade splits, back-grab flare and a nice, clean straddle invert!

This class is open to all advanced and elite polers. You're practicing your handsprings, suicide spins, aerial ninjas and basically anything even harder than that you can think of!

Learn a fun pole dance routine from start to finish! This class introduces you to the basic techniques that make you move smooth and flowy around the pole, such as body rolls, hair flicks and floor work.
Wear: Pole heals (optional) or socks, knee pads
A more advanced pole routine for those who have been pole dancing a while and looking to level up.

A class of active flexibility training drills, so you can improve your overall mobility. Classes will often focus on training those front splits, middle splits, back bends and more.
Wear: whatever is comfortable
An open class for all levels! We'll warm you up and run through some conditioning drills, then we'll help you practice whatever is your working on or training. You can practice your nemesis move or a pole routine, it's open and up to you!
